The location is fantastic with a bus stop right outside, making it easy to explore Lucerne. The spacious bathroom and private balcony added a nice touch to our stay.

However, the lack of air conditioning was an issue during warmer nights. Additionally, the breakfast area could use more attentive service for a smoother experience.

The room had a nice balcony area, perfect for relaxing! 😍 But the lack of air conditioning made it tough on hot nights. Breakfast options were kind of limited too.

Having a refrigerator in the room would be a nice option!!! Also, parking can be a bit tight, and it's quite a walk to the lake!!! More restaurant options nearby would enhance the stay!!!

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing everything I requested. Loved the location, just steps from the bus stop for easy access to the main attractions!

Our room had a mini fridge, which was a nice touch since we could keep our drinks cool during warm days. I appreciated the hot water and great water pressure in the spacious bathroom. The check-in process was quick, done in the cozy cafe. However, the sofa bed in our room was squeaky and not very comfortable, making it tough for my child to sleep well. Breakfast offered decent choices, but for 18 CHF, I expected more than just basic options like cheese and ham.

Loved the free parking and how close it was to everything. The bus stop right outside was a lifesaver! Rooms were comfy enough, nothing too fancy, but served their purpose just fine.

But dear, carrying my luggage up those stairs should have come with a gym membership! And don’t get me started on the heat. it was like a sauna in there!
